2013 Transworld TransAm – Bear Mountain, CA | 3/9/13
Transworld Snowboarding brought its chaos and clamor to Bear Mountain once again this year for the 2013 Transworld TransAm Presented by Skullcandy. The setup was wild. Cars littered the scene with looming freefalls for those who gambled. An ominous wallride hung above all other features only to be slain by a couple fearless warriors. The riders were getting broke off. Go big or go sit on the deck and grab a beer, cause the show was about to start.
Spectators had a perfect line of site from the tables where they gasped and cheered in a pretty even ratio. The bar was pushed, the bones were broken, and the doubles were chucked. Jon McDonald rose from the ashes to take home the title, a prize pack, as well as an invitation for the finals in Park City all expenses paid.
